In return, we simply ask that your published work mentions Splatica and that you share what you build with the wider community. If you are advancing reconstruction, simulation, or spatial AI, we want to help you get there — and to learn from what you discover.

Annual plans with generous allowances
We know universities don't buy like startups. Educational access is set up as an annual license on a single purchase order — predictable for your finance office, with no monthly subscription and no per-second metering.
Access is pooled and shared across your department, so a faculty admin can rotate students in and out from one place. Usage is measured in scenes — one scene is up to five minutes of footage — so it is easy to plan a course or a project around.
And if your requirements or goals change, the terms can flex with them. We work directly with your procurement and data protection teams to put the right agreement in place before any footage is processed.

That is the idea. We set educational access up as an annual license on a single purchase order, and we are happy to adjust scope, licensing, and data handling to fit your requirements, your timeline, and your finance and data protection teams.
How is our data handled? +
We align to FERPA and UK GDPR, and offer a contractual no-training option with isolated processing and defined data retention where your captures contain identifiable people or places. We agree the policy with your data office before anything is processed.
Are student accounts included? +
Yes — every enrolled student can get a free personal account for learning and coursework, so they graduate already fluent in Gaussian-splatting and simulation-ready 3D.
How do we get started? +
